Why attend?

The EAIE and UUKi are co-hosting a special virtual EAIE Barometer event focusing on UK-only insights. With 168 responses, the UK ranked third in the number of Barometer survey participants which comprised 2817 responses from 46 European Higher Education Area (EHEA) countries. Prompted by a strong presence of UK responses in the survey, we are delighted to continue our collaboration with UUKi and explore the compelling data specifically in the context of UK universities.

During this webinar, Barometer authors Laura Rumbley (Director Knowledge Development and Research, EAIE) and Jody Hoekstra-Selten (Knowledge Development Officer, EAIE) will talk us through the key takeaways from the report, as well as providing a more detailed look at the UK responses in particular. The findings provide important indications of where international higher education professionals in the UK align or diverge with their colleagues across the EHEA on a variety of topics, ranging from satisfaction with their careers, confidence in institutional leadership for internationalisation, and more. Pooling information and insights on these matters between the UK and other parts of Europe offers exciting opportunities to connect and reflect.

Who is it for?

This free webinar is open to everyone who is interested in UK-specific data and would like to dive deeper into the discussion as it pertains to the UK and its higher education institutions' approach to internationalisation.
