Participants can engage in seven Campus Experiences across Toulouse and one Campus Showcase at two institutions. These events provide invaluable insights into French educational practices, enhancing understanding of international education systems and promoting cross-cultural learning through campus tours, speaking events and networking with representatives from the institutions.

The University Toulouse Capitole is a public institution committed to academic excellence and professional competence. Specialising in law, economics, and management, the university emphasises international collaboration and exchange programmes for its students and faculty. It includes several specialised schools such as the Toulouse School of Economics, Institute of Political Sciences, and the Toulouse School of Management, among others. This Campus Experience will take participants on a tour of the University Toulouse Capitole campus, and include two workshop sessions with a networking break in between.

The university has campuses in Toulouse and ten other cities across the Occitanie region, plus an offshore campus in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Université Toulouse III–Paul Sabatier (UT3) is one of France's largest universities, offering extensive courses in science, health, sport, technology, and engineering, and employing over 4,500 academic and administrative staff. Spanning eight sites in the Occitanie region, UT3 accommodates over 36,000 students and houses 69 research facilities. Additionally, UT3 maintains a global network with over 200 international partner universities across Europe, Asia, Central Europe, Africa, and South America. This Campus Experience includes a welcome from the UT3 President, tours of campus highlights, followed by lunch and optional sessions on science, humanities, and international relations, culminating in visits to strategic infrastructures like the Oncopole cancer research centre and the MFJA engineering innovation hub.

The Toulouse INP-ENSIACET Graduate Engineering School aims to train high-calibre engineers. Renowned in Europe, ENSIACET stands out for its large scale and the effective integration and synergy of its scientific disciplines. Annually, the school produces approximately 300 graduate engineers and 50 doctorates, who address technological and societal demands through interdisciplinary approaches, enhancing the school's reputation and impact on industry and research.

The National Institute of Applied Sciences of Toulouse (INSA Toulouse) is a public engineering school in the INSA Group, offering a five-year curriculum leading to a master's degree. This Campus Experience offers a unique insight into the region's premier agricultural and veterinary science education, featuring a French breakfast, tours of Lamothe educational farm and Auzeville-Tolosane Agrobiopôle campus, programme overviews from École d’Ingénieurs de PURPAN and École Nationale Vétérinaire de Toulouse, and a hands-on wine-making session.

Experience a showcase of two French universities right from the comfort of the conference venue. Following the showcases, participants are invited to a networking brunch with further opportunity to meet with representatives from each institution and discuss future collaboration opportunities.
Champollion University, with campuses in Albi, Castres, and Rodez, is a key player in higher education and research, offering multidisciplinary programmes from bachelor's to master's degrees. It is committed to teaching excellence and innovation, generating and sharing knowledge and providing 4,000 students with a conducive environment for personal and academic success.
This Campus Showcase allows participants to explore the university’s diverse academic programmes and research endeavours, spanning fields from computer engineering specialised in e-health, science, law, sports science and humanities and social sciences.
The National School of Meteorology in Toulouse serves as a premier institution for meteorology training. The school offers comprehensive educational programmes ranging from initial training for meteorology engineers and research master’s degrees, to specialised and continuing education courses. With strong links to operational and research units, ENM leverages its extensive expertise and international reputation to prepare students to excel in the meteorological and climatic fields, addressing global challenges.
This Campus Showcase will allow participants to meet the Director and Head of the international department of ENM, M. Philippe Dandin, who will be there to answer participants’ questions.
