Registration rates
Payment is required upon registration. We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express and some Maestro cards. All payments made to the EAIE must be in Euros (€). Payment by bank transfer is not possible for EAIE events. All registration fees and pricing for extra events displayed below include 10% VAT. If you are based in France and have registered a valid VAT number, billing will be done without VAT.

**African country: We are collaborating closely with our Toulouse University partners, who are committed to strengthening partnership between Africa and Europe. If you live and work in an African country, an exclusive reduced conference rate is available for EAIE Toulouse 2024. This rate is applied automatically upon registration.

Badge collection
Badge collection and walk-registration
All participants must ensure to collect their badges before the workshops, sessions, Netwalking activity and Opening Reception on Tuesday.
Badge collection in the city centre of Toulouse
Badge collection is available on Monday and Tuesday in the city centre for those who want to attend the Opening Reception and will not be at the conference centre during the day on Tuesday.
Address: Hall M, Toulouse-Matabiau train station, first floor.
Monday: 13:00–16:30
Tuesday: 14:00–19:30
Note: At this location, participants will only receive their badges and free public transport cards. The conference tote bags can be picked up at the MEETT conference centre.

Workshops
Conference participants can add a workshop to their booking for an additional fee. These half or full day workshop take place on the Tuesday of the conference week and are an efficient way to work on professional development while networking with fellow participants before the session begin on Wednesday.

Extra activities
These extra activities can be booked while registering for the conference or after, by adding them to a booking. Participants can choose as many activities as they prefer as long as the timings don't overlap. This year, there are four new Networking Journeys and an extra Morning Exercise.

Terms & Conditions
The following information outlines the cancellation policy for conference participants as stated in the official EAIE Terms and Conditions.

Refunds due to participant cancellation will be processed after the event. Please refer to the general EAIE Terms and Conditions for more information.
Please note that no exception will be made if your visa application is declined. Obtaining a visa and all the associated costs is the sole responsibility of the participant. The EAIE cannot assist in the visa application process other than in the issue of a letter of ‘invitation to attend’. The letter of invitation is only issued once full payment has been received.
