Adinda is strategic advisor on research and internationalisation as well as team coordinator at Inholland University of Applied Sciences. She is also part time PhD candidate at Ghent University in Belgium. Her research focuses on the role of values and dilemmas in agenda setting and policy development for internationalisation of higher education. Adinda is member of the EAIE thematic committee on research. Previously she worked at the Dutch national agency Nuffic and at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
