Louise Watts is Head of European Projects at Campus France, the French national higher education promotion agency. Louise is responsible for developing and overseeing a portfolio of EU-funded projects in areas relating to the internationalisation of higher education, academic mobility, higher education promotion and support to refugees. She initiates and implements activities with European and international partner organisations and is a member of the European Commission's working group on Youth Mobility for Africa.
