Xi (Jessie) is currently working at University of British Columbia. Prior to joining the UBC, she worked at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities as an evaluation specialist focusing on international student data, exploring students’ experiences and campus engagement, and helping the institution develop strategies to improve international students’ sense of belonging.
