Security measures

Please note that French Vigipirate regulations are in place in France and therefore we have extra security checks at the venue entrance and the Opening Reception. A mandatory security checkpoint is located near the venue entrance and the Cloakroom. You will have the option to leave your luggage at the Cloakroom before passing the security check. Small bags will be allowed inside, but please be prepared for bag checks at the security checkpoint. We advise you to plan your daily trip to the venue with these extra security checks in mind.

Your conference badge grants access to the venue, events and special areas and lists your preregistered events; please have it with you at all times, entry will be denied without it. If you are planning to attend the Opening Reception on Tuesday but will not be able to make it to the conference centre during the day, we advise you to make use of the city centre badge collection point on Monday and Tuesday at Hall M located at Matabiau station. See opening hours above.
