Where has COVID-19 left exchange mobility between European institutions and their non-EHEA partners? This report, the second in a series of three, provides indications of the extent and ways in which (particularly the volume of) student exchange between institutions in the EHEA and their non-EHEA exchange partners was being affected at the start of the 2020–2021 academic year.
