Registration

Do I receive a confirmation of my registration?  

Yes, once your payment is completed on the website, you will receive a confirmation email and a receipt. If you don’t receive these emails within 12 hours, please contact the EAIE Office. You can also download a copy from the Order History page. Instructions on how to join the event will be sent out separately 1–2 days before the event.   

When does registration close?  

Registration closes a few days before the event takes place. Spots are limited to ensure maximum interaction and engagement during the session and break-outs. If you wish to attend a course, please register as soon as possible.  

Can I cancel or transfer my registration?  

No, cancellations or transfers are not possible due to the limited number of spots. Please ensure you can attend before booking. In case you have already booked and cannot attend, please contact the EAIE Office.   

How can I pay my course fee?   

Payment is required upon registration. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and UnionPay. All payments made to the EAIE must be in Euros (€). Bank transfer are not accepted  for EAIE events.  VAT is not charged on the registration fee. 

Are discounts available for group bookings or previous participants?

No, the course fee is per person, and no discounts are offered for group bookings. Additionally, the Academy Alumni discount does not apply to Academy Online courses.

Will I receive a certificate of attendance?

Yes, certificates will be emailed after the event to participants who attend the entire course. You can also download a copy from My Events.

Joining the online course 

How do I connect to the sessions?  

You will receive personalised login details 1–2 days before the course begins. To prepare, review the training guidelines to ensure you have the necessary software and setup.  

What is the course format? 

The course includes six hours of live, online sessions and approximately two hours of self-guided study to complete at your own pace. 

  • Day 1: Live session from 14:00 to 17:30 CET, including 30 minutes of networking from 17:00. 
  • Day 2: Live session from 14:00 to 17:00 CET. 

Pre-reading materials and self-study tasks may be provided ahead of the course. 

What technical requirements do I need to attend?  

As a minimum to join you will need:   

  • A reliable internet connection – broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE)   

  • Speakers and a microphone – built-in or USB plug-in or wireless Bluetooth   

  • A webcam – built-in or USB plug-in   

Please check the training guidelines to ensure you have everything you need to successfully attend.  

EAIE membership 

Do I have to be a member in order to attend?  

No. EAIE Academy courses are open to everyone. However, EAIE members enjoy a significant discount on their course fee.   

Can I apply for EAIE membership to make use of the discount?   

Yes, you can sign up for membership before registering to benefit from the discount. Please note that if you register for the event first, the fee difference will not be refunded.
