An internationalised curriculum emphasises the exploration of global, international and intercultural aspects in a tightly interconnected higher education landscape. But is the internationalised curriculum truly international or is this expression misused? In reality, does the curriculum predominantly reflect Western and European origins, ideologies and values? This session will explore whether we need to rethink internationalisation of the curriculum – and if so, how.
