While there is an increasing focus on the importance of transversal skills during doctoral training, higher education institutions face challenges in the design and implementation of courses in this domain. By covering all aspects of transversal skills training, this poster showcases best practices to support institutions in improving their training offer, from identifying skills needs and teaching methods to facilitating the recognition of acquired skills through the use of digital tools.
