This poster presentation aims to showcase Brandenburg University of Technology's engaging online onboarding Moodle course, designed for exchange and international students. The poster will show how digital companions guide students through essential topics related to academic and daily life in Germany, promoting a smooth transition by using the time before they start their studies. This tool aims to improve students' access to information, reducing the number of enquiries made to International Relations Office staff.
