Piet Van Hove

University of Antwerp, Belgium

Piet Van Hove is President of the European Association for International Education (EAIE) and Director of the International Relations Office at the University of Antwerp, where he previously obtained a Master of Laws. He has been active in internationalisation since 1995 and today manages a team of 18 staff members, dealing with university-wide policy formulation and execution in the area of internationalisation, international cooperation and networking. This ranges from student and staff mobility to development cooperation, services for international staff and students, international educational projects and strategic networking.
Piet has been active in the leadership of several professional associations and nonprofits at the national and international level for many years, such as Flanders Knowledge Area, ACA, the NGO APOPO and the EAIE. He presents frequently on the different aspects of internationalisation of higher education. Piet's term as President of the EAIE is from September 2022 to 2024.

Élisabeth Moreno

Élisabeth Moreno is a businesswoman and philanthropist who has served the French government as a Minister in charge of Gender Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities from 2020 to 2022. Currently, she is the Chairwoman of Ring Capital where she empowers impact entrepreneurs and provides them with resources to grow and thrive. She is also President of Ring Africa, where she actively contributes to shaping the entrepreneurial landscape within the continent of Africa.

Her expertise has led her to hold key positions in enterprises across four continents and to become a consular judge, CEO for Lenovo in France and Vice President of Hewlett Packard, overseeing operations in Africa. In addition to these roles, Élisabeth is also passionate about Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and through her organisation LEIA Partners, she supports leaders in developing their CSR strategies.

Beyond her professional endeavours, Élisabeth is deeply engaged in philanthropic activities, most notably as the President of the Femmes@Numerique Foundation, where she strives to drive progress and empowerment for women in the digital sphere.
