Mindfulness session
Morning mindfulness starts with attuning to the senses. We all use our senses to wake ourselves up and wind ourselves down. In this session, we will focus on our senses and identify which ones work best for us in waking up and maintaining alertness and focus. We will think about setting intentions for the day: three clear goals of what you would like to achieve, including a "mindfulness goal". We will put in some "mindfulness hacks" to allow for mindful practices throughout the day.
