Mindfulness session
In afternoon mindfulness, we will allow the body to have a physical and mental break to help with recharging our batteries and preparing for more learning. We will engage in some guided deep breathing to activate the parasympathetic nervous system which allows us to "rest and digest". We will engage in a brief gratitude practice to reflect on how the day has gone so far and acknowledge our achievements. We will put in some "mindfulness hacks" to allow for mindful practices throughout the day.
