This poster outlines a roadmap to implement the skills development of university staff and the internationalisation of Dnipro University of Technology. It is the result of an institutional project within frame of the Management of Internationalisation and German-Ukrainian Academic Cooperation training course run by Leibniz University Hannover within the DAAD Programme. It presents a rethinking of staff skills development in regard to internationalisation, linked to the university's policies and best practices study.
