At FHWien, a university of applied sciences in Austria, part-time students are underrepresented in international mobility: they account for only 22% of outgoing exchange students. This lack of mobility could impact their future employability. Our poster presents a project in which we are evaluating partnerships and assessing mobility barriers and the needs of part-time students. The goal is to develop flexible short-term mobility modules ensuring lasting benefits for part-time learners.
