A Norwegian university and selected partners in the Global South have created a learning pathway to increase undergraduate nursing students’ mobility. This poster presents a study of students’ experiences with the pathway and mobility to countries in the Global South. During their international clinical placement, students experience diverse approaches to learning and clinical supervision, enhancing their learning outcomes.
