She advices students and staff with internationalization possibilities and is specialized in digital processes including EWP. Heidi works as one of the key users for the mobility administration system (3rd party provider).

Line Hammerum Gregersen (speaker) is a digital officer at Educations & Students at University of Copenhagen, Denmark. She has almost 20 years of experience within the field of International Higher Education. She is responsible for designing and implementing administrative processes and flows for Erasmus Without Papers as well as the exchange student area in general. A main focus of her work has been to achieve common processes within International Higher Education through change management.
