The risk of losing a human approach lurks behind our processes at the intersection of marketing and admissions, where lots of data are involved and applicants may be reduced to anonymous application numbers. This session compares experiences in two European universities, exploring how to get the best outcomes for students and staff. You will take away real-life ‘humanising’ methods focusing on digitalisation, as well as concrete scenarios to implement in your own institutional context.
