Sujal Chouhan is an EDUC European Alliance Project Officer at the University of Rennes. He has been piloting Internationalisation of Curricula activities within the Alliance for 4 years. Before that, he worked for 21 years at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as a trainer-teacher, then managing Language training in Life-Long Learning on 3 sites (17 languages, 50 trainers), working with all sized companies. He participated in innovative approaches in France, such as setting up e-learning and video conferencing in 1998, with the advent of internet in French companies. He was also Head of International Relations in apprenticeship, building the strategy for internationalisation and cultivating worldwide mobility for apprentices. He worked on the French initiative with European Deputy Jean Arthuis, building a framework for long-stay mobility for apprentices. With more than 10 years of experience in International Higher Education, Jessica CHAGNARD is passionate about digital transformation of HEI and the sense of empowerment that it can provide to institutions, organizations, and individuals. As Head of International Projects & Business Development at TBS Education, Jessica leverages digital tools as a primary enabler for I@H policy; responds to the demands of International Accreditation bodies; works on the school's internationalisation in line with its strategy, contributes to international experiential learning and oversees the international student well-being policy. Graduate of a prestigious transatlantic tripartite program, Jessica is a product of international education with strong theoretical and operational expertise. Prior to joining TBS Education, Jessica worked in Brussels with European Institutions notably the European Parliament. Jessica currently serves as an ERASMUS Without Paper Champion; EAIE mentor and worked as an expert for the Campus France Bourse Eiffel Scholarship and the QS Reimagine Education Award. She has spoken at the Times Higher Education Digital Universities Conference, EFMD Online Learning Symposium and co-develop content for the Innolab of the Asia-Europe Foundation.Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico
Sidney Ornelas holds a Ph.D. in Management Sciences and is a professor in the Business School at Tecnológico de Monterrey. She has a degree in Marketing and a Master's in Communication as well as a Master's in Innovation for Entreprise Development. She has professional experience working with companies from various industries in the areas of marketing strategies, market research, and communication strategies, primarily. Additionally, she has been a consultant and facilitator for public and private institutions on Marketing and Business Development topics. She has over 15 years of teaching experience in business subjects and is currently involved, in addition to her teaching duties, in research projects mainly focused on Consumer Behavior. Recently, she has ventured into academic projects in the areas of digital transformation and has received various certifications on the topic from institutions such as Alibaba GDT and IBM. She recently completed a Marketing update program with the University of North Carolina. She is a member of the National System of Researchers and has presented her projects at international conferences organized by the Academy of Marketing Science and the American Marketing Association, among others.
