Bringing together students from Switzerland, South Africa and China in a Collaborative Online International Learning programme on intercultural business ethics is a challenge. A common understanding of content material must be fostered, along with effective communication. This poster shows that given good coaching and project-based tasks in which they have to work independently but also collaboratively, students will organise, negotiate and learn towards a result.
