Developing entrepreneurship among international students can be a challenge due to their diverse cultural and educational backgrounds. Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands has experimented with a continuous and comprehensive assessment system to facilitate the development of entrepreneurship. This poster shows how comprehensive practices are combined with real-time assessment and feedback to support students in a 360° way, as in real workplaces.
Kriszta Kaspers is the Head of Education Development and Quality Management (EDQM) at Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences, the most international higher education institution in the Netherlands. Holding an MSc in International Business & Economics, Kriszta is brings expertise in accreditation processes, strategic planning, and quality assurance in education. She plays a key role in ensuring the academic excellence of Wittenborg’s BBA, MBA, and MBM (MSc) programmes, offered in Apeldoorn, Amsterdam, and Munich.
Kriszta leads the internal Assurance of Learning (AoL) process, essential for monitoring and improving student performance, and drives the continuous enhancement of Wittenborg’s educational offerings. Her work involves close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to align the institution’s goals with broader societal impacts, particularly in Apeldoorn and its region.
Kriszta’s dedication to internationalisation, diversity, and ethics guides her leadership, ensuring Wittenborg achieves its strategic objectives and positively impacts its global and local communities.
