The transatlantic partnership in higher education is a robust and enduring alliance that features prominently in the European Union–United States policy agenda and is backed by deep ties between universities. However, in a world of global crises and increasing geopolitical tensions, we need even stronger transatlantic collaborations. This session will discuss the opportunities, enabling factors and hindering elements of transatlantic mobility and exchange of students, academics and researchers.
